Frequently Asked Questions
Can I batch download CSVs for many wallets without hitting rate limits?
Yes. That is exactly what the bulk tier is for. You paste your address list once, pay once, and the export runs server-side against our own indexed data sources. You are never the one hitting a rate limit, and there is no per-wallet checkout to repeat.
How many wallets can I export at once?
Between 2 and 5 wallets per job. For a single wallet, use the regular export on the homepage, which counts your transactions and recommends the right plan. Above 5, split the list into several jobs or contact us and we will run it as one.
How much does a bulk export cost?
Each wallet is priced by how many transactions it has in your date range, which we count before you pay: up to 5,000 is $15.00, up to 50,000 is $29.99, then $29.99 for each further 50,000. Wallets with nothing in range are exported free. Self-serve jobs take up to 250,000 transactions per wallet and 300,000 per job; contact us for anything larger. You see the exact price for every wallet before you pay, and duplicate addresses are removed and not charged for.
Can I limit a bulk export to one tax year?
Yes. Set a date range on the form and it is applied to every wallet in the job. Both dates are inclusive, so 1 January to 31 December captures the full year. Leaving them blank exports each wallet's supported history within plan limits.
How is the export delivered?
As a single ZIP archive containing one CSV per wallet, named by address. You get a download link by email. The link stays valid for 30 days. Large jobs are built in the background and can take several hours, so you can close the page after paying.
What if I mistype an address?
We check every address against the chain before quoting you. A Solana address has no checksum, so a one-character typo still looks like a valid address - the only way to catch it is to look. Confirmed-empty addresses are excluded and not charged for. Unverifiable addresses are identified separately, so you can spot the typo before you pay rather than after.
What exactly am I charged for?
Each wallet's measured size in your date range, shown line by line before you pay. Addresses with no on-chain history are left out, and wallets with no transactions in the range are exported free. If we cannot measure a wallet, we do not guess a price: we ask you to try again or contact us.
What happens if one wallet in my list has no transactions?
Confirmed-empty addresses are excluded before payment. Provider failures or token-account-only histories may prevent confirmation. These are shown as unverified. An address that does have history but nothing inside your chosen date range still gets a file in the archive, with a note explaining that nothing matched, because a compliance reconciliation needs to show that every wallet in the job was processed.
What format are the CSVs in?
The Koinly universal CSV format, identical across every chain we support, so Koinly uses these columns. CoinLedger and CoinTracker require conversion. They also open in Excel or Google Sheets for manual review.
Do you need access to the wallets?
No. We only read publicly available on-chain data from the addresses you provide. We never ask for a private key, seed phrase, or wallet connection, and there is nothing to sign.
