Frequently Asked Questions

Can I batch download CSVs for many wallets without hitting rate limits?

Yes. That is exactly what the bulk tier is for. You paste your address list once, pay once, and the export runs server-side against our own indexed data sources. You are never the one hitting a rate limit, and there is no per-wallet checkout to repeat.

How many wallets can I export at once?

Between 5 and 200 wallets per job. Below 5 the single-wallet plans plus the extra-wallet discount work out cheaper. Above 200, split the list into several jobs or contact us and we will run it as one.

How much does a bulk export cost?

Pricing is per wallet with volume bands: $15.00 from 5 wallets, $10.00 from 25 wallets, $7.00 from 100 wallets. A 200-wallet job is $1400.00. You see the exact total before you pay, and duplicate addresses are removed from your list and not charged for.

Can I limit a bulk export to one tax year?

Yes. Set a date range on the form and it is applied to every wallet in the job. Both dates are inclusive, so 1 January to 31 December captures the full year. Leaving them blank exports each wallet's complete history.

How is the export delivered?

As a single ZIP archive containing one CSV per wallet, named by address. You get a download link by email; the link stays valid for 30 days. Large jobs are built in the background and can take up to an hour, so you can close the page after paying.

What if I mistype an address?

We check every address against the chain before quoting you. A Solana address has no checksum, so a one-character typo still looks like a valid address - the only way to catch it is to look. Any address with no on-chain history is listed back to you, excluded from the job, and not charged for, so you can spot the typo before you pay rather than after.

What exactly am I charged for?

Only wallets we have confirmed have on-chain history. If we cannot reach the chain to check an address in time, it is still exported for you - at no charge - rather than billed on the assumption it is real.

What happens if one wallet in my list has no transactions?

An address with no on-chain history at all is caught before you pay: it is listed back to you, left out of the job, and not charged for. An address that does have history but nothing inside your chosen date range still gets a file in the archive, with a note explaining that nothing matched, because a compliance reconciliation needs to show that every wallet in the job was processed.

What format are the CSVs in?

The Koinly universal CSV format, identical across every chain we support, so Koinly, CoinLedger and CoinTracker all accept them directly. They also open in Excel or Google Sheets for manual review.

Do you need access to the wallets?

No. We only read publicly available on-chain data from the addresses you provide. We never ask for a private key, seed phrase, or wallet connection, and there is nothing to sign.
