ExportMyWallet.com ("we", "us", "our") provides a tool that reads publicly available on-chain data from the Solana blockchain and exports it as a CSV file. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

We are committed to handling your data responsibly. We do not collect, store, or have access to your private key, seed phrase, or wallet credentials of any kind.

2. Information We Collect

2a. Wallet Address

When you use the export tool, you provide a Solana wallet address. This is a public identifier on the Solana blockchain - it is not a private key or secret. We use this address solely to query publicly available on-chain transaction data from the Solana network. We do not store wallet addresses beyond the scope of your request session.

2b. Payment Information

If you purchase the full export (paid tier), payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not collect or store your credit card number, billing address, or any other payment credentials. Stripe provides us with a transaction confirmation and payment status only. Stripe's privacy practices are governed by their own Privacy Policy.

2c. Contact Form Submissions

If you contact us via the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message content. This information is stored in our database solely to respond to your enquiry and is not sold or shared with third parties.

2d. Usage and Log Data

Our servers may automatically collect standard log data including your IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is used to maintain service reliability, prevent abuse, and improve performance. It is not used to build personal profiles.

2e. Cookies

We use minimal, essential cookies required for the service to function (e.g., session management after a paid export). We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. Google reCAPTCHA may set cookies as part of spam prevention on the contact form - see Google's Privacy Policy for details.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To fulfill your export request by querying the Solana blockchain
• To process and confirm your payment (via Stripe)
• To respond to contact form enquiries
• To detect and prevent fraudulent or abusive use of the service
• To maintain and improve the reliability of the tool
• To comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

The service interacts with the following third-party providers:

• Stripe- payment processing. Governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Solana RPC providers - we query public Solana blockchain data on your behalf. Your wallet address (a public identifier) is sent to RPC nodes to retrieve transaction history.
• Google reCAPTCHA- used on the contact form to prevent spam. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

We do not integrate with advertising networks, social media trackers, or data brokers.

5. Data Retention

Wallet addresses submitted for export are not persistently stored - they exist only in memory during your session. Contact form submissions are retained until they are resolved and no longer needed for support purposes. Payment records (transaction IDs and status) are retained as required for accounting and legal compliance.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to access - request a copy of data we hold about you
• Right to erasure - request deletion of your personal data
• Right to rectification - request correction of inaccurate data
• Right to object - object to certain uses of your data
• California residents (CCPA) - you have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete, and the right to opt out of sale (we do not sell personal information)

7. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information we handle. However, no internet transmission is completely secure. The nature of this service means we have minimal exposure to sensitive personal data - we never request your private key, seed phrase, or wallet connection, and we never will.

8. Children's Privacy

This service is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information through our service, contact us and we will promptly delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
