1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ExportMyWallet.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users of the Service.

2. Description of Service

ExportMyWallet.com provides a tool that reads publicly available transaction data from the Solana blockchain using a wallet address you provide, and exports that data as a CSV file. The Service offers:

• A free tier that exports your 100 most recent Solana transactions
• A paid tier ($9.99 one-time) that exports your complete on-chain transaction history

The Service reads only publicly available on-chain data. We never ask for, store, or transmit your private key, seed phrase, or wallet credentials.

ExportMyWallet.com is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Solana Foundation, Solana Labs, or any wallet provider including Phantom, Solflare, Backpack, or Ledger. All product names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and that your use of the Service does not violate any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction, including any laws relating to cryptocurrency, digital assets, or financial reporting.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure
• Automate bulk requests to the Service without our prior written permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or replicate the Service
• Use the Service to export data on behalf of others without their knowledge and consent
• Misrepresent exported data for fraudulent tax filings or financial misrepresentation

7. Payment Terms

The full export (paid tier) is a one-time purchase of $9.99 USD, processed by Stripe, Inc. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your payment method.

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but any price change will not affect purchases already completed.

8. Refund Policy

Because the paid export is delivered digitally and immediately upon payment, all sales are generally final. If you experience a technical failure that prevents delivery of your export, contact us at contact@exportmywallet.com within 7 days and we will either re-deliver your export or issue a refund at our discretion.

9. Data Accuracy

The exported data is derived from publicly available Solana blockchain data queried via RPC nodes. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all transactions will be retrieved or that the data will be free from errors. Blockchain data may be subject to indexing delays, RPC node inconsistencies, or other technical limitations outside of our control.

You are responsible for independently verifying the accuracy and completeness of any exported data before relying on it for tax reporting or any other purpose.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ALL TRANSACTIONS WILL BE CAPTURED OR ACCURATELY REPRESENTED.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EXPORTMYWALLET.COM AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSSES ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON EXPORTED DATA FOR TAX FILINGS, FINANCIAL REPORTING, OR LEGAL PROCEEDINGS.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR $9.99, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ExportMyWallet.com and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

14. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and materials on ExportMyWallet.com are the property of their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without express written permission.

Exported CSV data containing your own on-chain transaction history is yours to use freely.

15. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
