Export coverage and limitations
Previewing is free. Downloads are paid and use the 12-column Koinly universal CSV format. This is a transaction export, not a complete tax report or a guarantee that all taxable activity is identified.
Supported data
Solana: the public wallet address and currently open Token and Token-2022 accounts. Parsed transfers and fees are included where available. Closed token-account history, native epoch staking rewards, compressed NFT events and unsupported protocol accounting are excluded. Liquid staking and DeFi transactions require review. An inferred label is not a tax determination.
Ethereum and Base: native transfers, internal transfers and ERC-20 transfers. ERC-721 and ERC-1155 NFT history is not included. Symbols identify contracts in the file so unrelated tokens cannot be combined accidentally.
Scope and limits
Standard covers up to 1,000 transactions, Plus up to 5,000 and Complete up to 50,000. A transaction can produce several CSV rows, including separate fee rows. Token searches scan a maximum of 100,000 transactions before matching and are still capped by the purchased tier. A preview is a sample, not a guarantee of total history. Date ranges use inclusive UTC dates. Solana collection filters support up to 10,000 currently indexed members.
Any incomplete file is flagged. Do not assume the oldest returned timestamp proves there are no gaps. Provider failures are retried or reported, not treated as empty history. Bulk archives include a manifest identifying partial, empty or failed wallets.
Delivery and other tax tools
Paid work is queued and survives app restarts. Small exports usually take minutes. Large or queued jobs can take longer. New bulk orders are limited to 1–5 wallets while using our current provider capacity. Large bulk jobs can take hours. Download links remain available for 30 days. If we cannot deliver your supported scope, contact us for a retry or refund.
Koinly imports still require review of asset matches, labels and DeFi activity. CoinTracker and CoinLedger require their own CSV templates. Direct import of this file is not promised. Excel and Google Sheets can open the CSV for manual review.
